Inspection before using meltblown fabric extruder

Many people don't understand the key points before operating a meltblown fabric extruder. Today, let's introduce them, starting with the key operating points. 1. For a new extruder that has not been used, after installation, a comprehensive inspection should be carried out first. (1) Check if all fasteners have been tightened. (2) Check if all lubrication points have been filled with sufficient lubricating oil or grease.

Many people don't understandMeltblown fabric extruderWhat are the key points to consider before operating? Let's introduce them today, starting with the operational points.

I. For a new extruder that has never been used, after installation, a thorough inspection should be carried out first.

(1)Check if all fasteners are tightened.

(2)Check if all lubrication points have sufficient lubricating oil or grease.

(3)For the oil sump or gearbox, first clean them and check for any debris, metal shavings, etc., that have fallen into the sump or box. Then, according to the specified lubricating oil grade or quantity, inject it into the sump or box.

(4)Meltblown fabric extruderWhen the transmission system uses an oil pump for forced lubrication, check whether the rotation direction of the oil pump meets the specified requirements, and whether the oil pressure and circulation are good.

(5)Check whether the rotation direction of the main motor and vacuum pump motor is correct.

(6)Check if the tension of each V-belt is consistent.

(7)Check if the position of the clutch adjustment nut is appropriate, and if the clutch opening and closing and operation are flexible. If using a pneumatic clutch, check if the air source pressure, air supply volume, and reduced pressure from the pressure reducing valve meet the specified requirements.

(8)Check if the sealing of the water pipes, steam pipes, and vacuum chamber is good, and if the valves open and close flexibly and reliably.

(9)Check if the entire equipment is well grounded.

There are also a few precautions to keep in mind. It is strictly forbidden to start the main motor without opening the clutch. It is strictly forbidden to start the main motor without starting the lubricating oil pump motor. The clutch should be closed smoothly and without impact. It is strictly forbidden to operate the clutch for a long time in a slipping state.
